Hi, Don't know if the idea has been posted, but here it is : Molds for coins for boardgames would be a good idea i think. Afntasy ones, medieval, medieval japanese etc etc, various sizes and valors.

I agree. Fantasy game coins are expensive. I'd love to be able to crank out coins and spray them metallic colors. Or fill a chest with 80% drystone coins and just put the more expensive metal coins on...

Just make your own mold of actual coins. Find coins you like, real, replicas or fantasy and make a mold. If you want to go cheap mold and don't care if they are double sided, do a press mold in clay....

Or stand the coins up, and cast both sides at the same time. Of course you'll have a flat spot on one side/edge, but that wouldn't be a problem if the coins were not round.
